The International Foundation for Integrated Care is organising its sixth webinar, on Thursday, 9th July at 11 AM (CEST) focusing on the workforce, capacity, and capability.
Core competencies for integrated care are highly relational: patient advocacy, communication, interdisciplinary working, people-centred care, and continuous learning. These skills are critical for strong, trusting relationships between care practitioners, across sectors, and with volunteers and community partners.
This webinar will be chaired by Maggie Langins, Nurse and Policy Advisor for a Sustainable Workforce, WHO Europe and Dr Edelweiss Aldasoro, Senior Researcher, International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC). The webinar will focus on Workforce Capacity and Capability during and beyond COVID 19.
